Brunswick Today

Today, at Brunswick Biomedical Technologies, our focus is on the future.

We are always looking for the next innovation and breakthrough in emergency life-saving devices. For almost 70 years, bringing new technology to market, and being “first,” has been a Brunswick trademark.

We manufacture our full line of emergency and life-support products in the United States but sell them all over the world. We are proud of our global network of distributors who ensure that proper training is ongoing for medical and emergency medical personnel.

In 2005, the American Heart Association (AHA) released its new recommendations and guidelines for CPR. Brunswick was the first company to offer the new AHA guideline of 30:2 ratio.  Brunswick went even further to offer extra features all in one unit: Two of the automated CPR machines offer the 30:2 ratio as well as the 15:2 ratio; continuous chest compressions at a rate of 100/min; and adjustable ventilation with both volume and 3 time period settings.

In 2006, the FDA approved our two new Auto-CPR Devices: CARDIAC RESPONDER (HLR 601) and HEARTSAVER 100 (HSV-100).

We are located in an FDA-approved and ISO 9001/13485 modern manufacturing facility in Wareham, Massachusetts. Here is where we design, research, develop and manufacture our automated CPR devices and other life-saving products such as Airways, Life-support Litters, Mobile Oxygen Packs and related accessories. Our manufacturing operations include: thermo-forming, injection molding, machining, assembly & inspection.

Brunswick literally has been “saving lives through innovation” since World War II, when medical devices were in their infancy. Today, Brunswick Biomedical Technologies continues to lead the world in emergency medical innovation. Internationally known and respected, Brunswick is dedicated to producing the best emergency life-saving equipment available.  We never forget someone’s life depends on it.
